Personalized Items
Some of the products offered by Handmade With Grace Studio Inc. are custom-made according to each customer’s preferences. For this reason, personalized items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
Non-Personalized Items
For non-personalized items, returns are not accepted. However, if you notice an issue with your order (damaged item, incorrect product, or manufacturing defect), you must:

If you experience a problem with your order or if an error was made on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can resolve the situation.
Accuracy of Information
By placing an order with Handmade With Grace Studio Inc., you confirm that all the information provided (name, text, colors, design, etc.) is accurate.
If you notice an error in the details provided, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
No changes or refunds will be accepted if the order has already entered production or has been completed and we were not notified of the error before production began.
Order Cancellation
Handmade With Grace Studio Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order containing vulgar, offensive, discriminatory content, or content that goes against our moral and religious values. In such cases, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be issued.
