Shipping policy

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for local delivery and 8 to 14 business days for regional and international deliveries, starting from the time your order has been shipped.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, Canada Post becomes responsible for the delivery. Therefore, Handmade With Grace Studio Inc. is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed by the carrier. If such a situation occurs, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the necessary steps.

Depending on the items ordered, a tracking number may be provided so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.

To ensure successful delivery, please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate (apartment number, suite/office number, full street name, etc.) when placing your order.

Once the order has been delivered to the address provided, Handmade With Grace Studio Inc. cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

The customer is also responsible for any additional charges from Canada Post resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address.

If a delivery issue occurs (for example due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control), we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Free shipping is available on all orders of $100.00 or more.
